Postal Information

GENERAL:

Postage rates are calculated at checkout. 

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we aim to dispatch orders of in stock items in 3-5 working days. Orders of in stock items that include personalisation will take longer, and can take up to 10 working days before dispatch.

Pre-order items will have 'PRE-ORDER' in the product name and will be dispatched in accordance with the details on the individual product page.

Extra order items will have 'EXTRA ORDER' in the product name and will be dispatched in accordance with the details on the individual product page.

Orders that contain a mix of in stock items and pre-order/extra order items to be dispatched at a later date, will be held and posted when all items are in stock. Details of whether an item is in stock or whether it will be dispatched at a later date are on each of the product pages.

UK Customers (excl. Northern Ireland): Please note that from 1 January 2021 there may be additional taxes and/or duties, and customs processing fees due on receipt of your order. These taxes and/or duties, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be calculated or charged at checkout. See below under INTERNATIONAL POST.

NATIONAL POST:

Orders are currently sent standard post with An Post. There is no tracking with the standard post service.

INTERNATIONAL POST:

Orders on this site are posted from Ireland using our national mail carrier An Post. Orders sent standard postage do not have tracking. 

Please note that in certain countries local taxes and/or import duties, and customs clearance fees, may be payable on receipt of your postal order. These taxes and/or duties, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be calculated or charged at checkout. Any orders returned to us due to non payment of taxes and/or duties will be cancelled however please note that postage fees paid will not be refunded.
